Call about 3 Honda dealers' finance managers for details. Always get multiple opinions. Buying privately will save you $ thousands. Most likely, the warranties' transferable. However, with that said, don't ruin it trying to turn it into a little euro ricer. If you want a super flashy, lifeless car that is only fast off the line, look elsewhere.
